
Suneal Bedi
Suneal Bedi joins the NYU Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy as a visiting scholar. Professor Bedi is an Associate Professor of Business Law & Ethics at Indiana University. His research focuses on intellectual property, litigation finance, and business ethics. He employs various methodologies including philosophical, experimental, and quantitative to answer questions that sit at the intersection of business law and strategy. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in various legal and business journals including Cornell Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Iowa Law Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Retailing, amongst others. He received a PhD in Marketing and Business Ethics from The Wharton School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
