Enough is Enough!: Ceilings on Intellectual Property Rights Workshop
The Engelberg Center at NYU School of Law and the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law held a two-day workshop to consider whether Enough is Enough: whether it is time to consider limits on the expansion of intellectual property rights within the international framework. The intent is to talk about existing limits within, and outside, intellectual property law (including human rights and competition law). Also considered were existing proposals for mandatory limits imposed through international intellectual property law.
